OUTING ONE!
This will be our first BFY outing conducted, to allow us to bond as a whole! Come down for a fun-filled experience and to de-stress after your exams! ((:Date: 14th March (Sunday)
Time: 1.30pm to 9.30pm
Location of event: West Coast Park, Area 2
Meeting Place: PES
Schedule:
1.30- Supposed meet up time at PES
approx 2pm- Start Puja
2.30- 2.45- Departure for West Coast Park
approx 3.30- Estimated time for reaching West Coast Park
4-6pm- Cycling + ball games
6pm-6.30pm-Prepare to start BBQ (e.g. prepare materials, utensils, etc.)
8.30pm- Finish up Food
9pm- Clearing up
9.30pm latest- Dismissal
Things to Bring:
1) extra change of clothes
2) towel
3) water bottle
4) ez-link card
5) flip flops
6) money for bicycle rental
7) umbrella(if necessary)
8) sunblock(if necessary)
*Note: Please remember to indicate your interest to your leaders asap and sign the indemnity form, or you will not be allowed to go on that day!!
